Official validity before Mexican courts, immigration, banks and registries
When a Mexican authority asks for a translated document, it doesn't want a good translation — it wants an official one, produced by a translator the system recognizes. That's what we deliver: translations with validity for court filings, immigration procedures, notarial acts, bank compliance and public registries.
What a perito traductor is — and when a regular translation isn't enough
A perito traductor is an expert translator authorized by the judicial authority — a court-recognized expert whose translations carry evidentiary weight. Your bilingual friend, a translation app, or even a professional translator without the authorization cannot produce a document a Mexican court or registry must accept. The rule of thumb: if the document is going into a legal procedure — a lawsuit, a notarial act, an apostilled foreign document entering Mexico, an immigration file — it needs the perito. If it's for your own understanding, it doesn't, and we'll tell you so instead of charging you the difference.
